◗ one-on-one life coaching session
I support individuals navigating transitional phases by helping them access their inner wisdom and gain insight from their own inner knowing. Through a thoughtful and collaborative coaching process, I guide clients in setting meaningful goals, identifying and moving through obstacles, and recognizing the patterns that influence their choices. My work includes supporting those experiencing anxiety, grief from profound personal losses, and women undergoing medical transitions such as mastectomies or IVF. I also work with individuals seeking direction during times of uncertainty or disconnection, creating space for reflection, healing, and empowered action
◗ group life coaching session
A group life coaching session focuses on a specific topic, fostering self-discovery while building a sense of community and connection. Through guided discussions and shared insights, participants strengthen their inner power, gain new perspectives, and support one another in personal growth.
The good life is a process, not a state of being.
It is a direction, not a destination.
